This is the key to success.


✅We have desires as far as where we want our business to go.

Let's see this as getting to the finish line of a race.

✅We need to figure out what we need to do as far as actions to get to the finish line.

  1. We figure out that we need to train every day to be in shape to be able to get to the finish line.
  2. We figure out that we need to start running.
  3. We figure out that we need to continue running until we get to the finish line and run through that ribbon. (That's if we come first!)

So here's the thing:
Once you figure it what it takes to get to the finish line, then you need to do those things.

This is the problem that I see most business people have:

They want to get to the finish line, but they want to negotiate NOT doing so many things along the way.

They go into all sorts of stories of how they're going to get to the finish line while avoiding necessary steps and somehow by magic getting there anyway.

This is where the reality check has to happen.

✅ get clear on non-negotiable actions
✅ do them
